1. Who we are

Sky Cloud Prep is a trade name of BW Digital Solutions, registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 42054816). By purchasing or using Sky Cloud Prep, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email us at info@skycloudprep.com.

2. What you are buying

Sky Cloud Prep sells access to practice exam content for cloud certification exams. Each purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to a single course for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. Payment

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are shown in EUR or USD depending on your location.
• Payment is a one-time charge — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
• Access is granted immediately after successful payment.

4. No refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately and waive any right of withdrawal under EU consumer law that would otherwise apply.

If you believe there is an exceptional circumstance, you are welcome to contact us at info@skycloudprep.com and we will consider your case.

5. Access extension

If you do not pass your exam, email us your official result at info@skycloudprep.com and we will extend your access free of charge.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Share your login link or account access with others
• Copy, redistribute, or publish Sky Cloud Prep content in any form
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract questions
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Sky Cloud Prep — including questions, explanations, and UI — is owned by Sky Cloud Prep and may not be reproduced without written permission. Exam names and certifications (e.g. DP-900, AZ-900) are trademarks of their respective owners. Sky Cloud Prep is not affiliated with Microsoft, Amazon, or Google.

8. Disclaimer

Sky Cloud Prep practice questions are designed to help you prepare but do not guarantee a passing score. We make no warranty that the content reflects the exact current exam. Certification exams are controlled by third parties and may change at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Cloud Prep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to a failed exam attempt. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your course.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Sky Cloud Prep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
