1. Who we are

Sky Cloud Prep is a trade name of BW Digital Solutions, registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 42054816). If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at info@skycloudprep.com.

2. What data we collect

Email address — collected at checkout via Stripe and used to send you your login link and course access.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Usage data — your practice progress, mock exam results, and last position within a course. Stored in our database to power the resume and progress features.
Currency preference — a cookie (ev-currency) is set based on your country to show you the correct local price. This cookie contains no personal information.

3. Why we collect it

To deliver the service you purchased (course access, magic link login)
To track your progress and allow you to resume where you left off
To show you the correct pricing in your local currency

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Third parties

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe stores your email and payment details under their own privacy policy.
Supabase — authentication and database. Your email, session tokens, and practice data are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
Vercel — hosting. Vercel may log request metadata (IP address, user agent) for operational purposes.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

Authentication cookies (Supabase) — strictly necessary to keep you logged in. No consent required.
ev-currency — stores your currency preference (EUR or USD) for 24 hours. Contains no personal data. No consent required.

We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep your data

Your account and course access remain active for 6 months after purchase. After expiry, your practice data may be retained for up to 12 months before being deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As a resident of the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sky Cloud Prep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
